Today was the first day of school. Poor Trena starting fourth grade at her fourth elementary school. She had wanted to stay at her old Elementary school, but they didn't have room, so she had to go to her actual assigned school.
She was happy to see that there was a boy in her class that transferred over from her old school too. And she has her first male teacher, this made her a little nervous, but she likes him a lot already.
I think she is going to love it here and she already found out that three other kids in her class rides her bus and one of the girls even gets off at her stop! Yeah, maybe we will have a playmate! We have prayed for a play mate.
For her first day I made her favorite breakfast shake for breakfast. We had a fun dinner planned of one of her favorite meals and dessert but due to unforseen circumstances that got put on hold, so she gets her yummy back to school meal on Wednesday.
