For Katrena's teacher at the end of the year we made home made chocolate mint truffles. They are super easy and yummy too. Katrena had fun making them and you can find the recipe here.

And the finished product (these are actually the ones she made for Brent). We wrapped her teachers up in a cute little pink gift box, but forgot to take a picture.
